It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one single bed in the sleepout room and a double pull out sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has been lovingly renovated to reflect the era of the house and has a cast iron sink and gas stove with a small deck accessed via French doors. The large bathroom has a cast iron bath with shower over, as well as laundry facilities.
