Noosa Avalon Cottages Farm Retreat and Sanctuary in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland. Features two exclusive 1920's Queenslander cottages and our fully restored rustic mountain cottage. Nestled on 30 acres of regenerated forest, Avalon is breathtakingly beautiful. Located opposite Mount Pinbarren at the entrance to the Kin Kin Valley - Noosa's hidden paradise of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. It borders the scenic Noosa Trail, a network of bushwalking, horse riding and bike riding trails that traverse the Wapunga Range.
The 3 cottages are fully restored in the uniquely Australian style by Linda to totally complement the environment, we do not use poisons on Avalon. Whether you are bushwalking or just relaxing in your own cottage, you are surrounded by nature. These Cottages offer you the opportunity for romance, closeness and the best in intimate and family accommodation and you are only minutes from renowned local and Noosa restaurants. The cottages are private and fully self contained with stunning views of the countryside and mountains.

Hideaway Cottage - has two bedrooms, double sofa and single alcove, private and fully self-contained. All linen, flowers, tea, coffee, etc, are included. Your breathtaking views of Pinbarren Mountain and the rolling hills and valleys, make this your idyllic place to share with your family, friends and associates.
The wide verandahs are perfect for that early morning breakfast or to just enjoy the picturesque sunsets and evening skies. Wake up to those long forgotten sounds of nature. Imagine sleeping in late and waking to the peaceful sounds of a bush chorus as you gaze out through the trees to a magnificent mountain panorama.
The nearby township supports one of the last silent movie theatres left in Queensland and the local Publican is just the man to spend the afternoon with. There are also plenty of Antique stores to browse through, coffee shops to sit and relax in and friendly country markets.
Honeymoon Cottage - This retreat has been furnished with Romance in mind. Through the large bay windows, the evening kaleidoscopic and golden sunsets will light up your life. And the master bedroom with all the comforts of a country home will enable secluded kanoodling with love and passion in mind.
Fresh flowers are supplied, along with all linen, tea, coffee etc. The beautifully furnished three meter ceilings, bright and cheery color schemes, polished timber floors, with plenty of room for you to move, with panoramic mountain and valley views everywhere. Horizon to horizon evening views of the moon and the stars are magnificent.
The cottage is fully self contained, and air-conditioned for your comfort, you will have the opportunity to enjoy every moment with your partner. And don't forget your favorite CDs.
Bottlebrush Cottage - is our most private rustic mountain cottage and compliments the historical value of the area. Overlooking Pinbarren Mountain set on the hills of Avalon, this cottage has beautiful energy to invigorate and energize your soul. Imagine the clear skies at night and misty mornings will make your time in Bottlebrush cottage something for you and your partner to remember.
Bottlebrush cottage has an extra large master bedroom, double sofa and child’s alcove, is fully self-contained with linen, towels, milk, tea, coffee, cd player and fresh flowers supplied for your comfort. The ornamental fireplace, polished timber floors, bath, original artwork and historical fittings all help to create an ambience of peace and tranquility normally only experienced in a bygone era.
