General Information
River Sands Holiday Apartments provides the perfect holiday accommodation for those wanting to get away for a quiet few days or weeks on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland.
River Sands consists of 12 fully self contained one bedroom apartments situated on the river at Maroochydore but only 5 minutes from everywhere, Sunshine Plaza, Sunshine Coast Airport, beaches, hotels and restaurants.
At River Sands on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland you'll find fishing is at its best with the famous Cod Hole directly across the road. Sailing, Water Skiing, Wet Biking, House Boating or taking a River Cruise; all can be booked at the Booking Office.
The Cod Hole Store and take away is only two doors away from River Sands for your convenience with a variety of crumbed fish that can be cooked while you open the Wine in your own kitchen overlooking the water. This is the easier alternative to catching your own.
Four minutes walk away is a great hotel and restaurant complex at Maroochy Waters, which includes the choice of Chinese, Pasta, and Family Fare. In the same small shopping village is included Doctors Surgery, Pharmacist, Bakery, Beauty Saloon and IGA supermarket.
All units have balconies overlooking the River and tastefully decorated with cane furniture.
These 1 bedroom apartments have queen beds and some include a sofa bed in the lounge area. These can accommodate a family with up to 2 children. The bathrooms have a full bath/shower ample vanity, storage and toilet.

Location Description
Central Sunshine Coast, north of Brisbane travelling on the Bruce Highway exit onto the Sunshine Motorway heading for Maroochydore. Take the Bradman Ave off ramp to Bli Bli. River Sands is on the Maroochy River, just left ogf the overbridge that links Maroochydore with Noosa Heads.
