This third floor apartment has stunning ocean views overlooking Morton Island and Kings Beach from the balcony, the lounge room, the kitchen and the main bedroom. The private rooftop garden has sweeping views from Moreton Island to the Glasshouse Mountains and is ideal for romantic moonlight dinners and the traditional Australian barbeque.
During the long summer days, enjoy a cool drink whilst you take in the famous Queensland Sunshine. You can sunbake on King’s Beach, just two minutes walk from the apartment or you can choose the swimming pool which has also views of the ocean. For a more private sunbaking experience go the private rooftop garden, sip on a cocktail and read a great book.
Inside, the 2 bedroom apartment is fully furnished. The main bedroom leads directly onto the two way bathroom (with bathtub) and has a direct entrance onto the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The lounge room has a sofa bed which opens up and provides an additional double bed.
If you have a car, the apartment has a lock up garage available; alternatively, you don’t need to worry as the city centre of Caloundra is located within a short walking distance.
